You earn this badge when you complete the Personal Success Facilitator training AND 3 or more Advanced Application Certification training's. The “Elite Facilitator” badge – this is the next step after receiving the “Personal Success Facilitator” badge. For example, if you complete the 'Communication' Advanced Application, you will receive the “True Colors Communication” badge 3. The "Advanced Application" badge - you will receive a separate badge when you complete the Communication, Team Building, Conflict Navigation, Consultative Selling, True Parenting and/or Teaching & Learning Styles Advanced Applications. The “Personal Success Facilitator” badge – you will receive this badge if you completed the True Colors Personal Success 2.5-day Facilitator training 2.
